DELIVERY AND RETURN
How much does delivery cost?
We do not require a minimum cost. There are no shipping costs; the shipping of the items is entirely free worldwide.
When will I receive my package?
The organization of your order, the processing of your items and the delivery (free of charge) require a delay of about 6 to 20 working days. We are very strict about the quality of delivery of our customers and items to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Due to the new regulations brought about by the covid 19 (sanitary rules), we will ask you to wait a few more days and contact us via our customer service email so that we can give you more information about the arrival of your package: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I didn't receive a confirmation email
The email sent to each of our customers after a purchase can sometimes be redirected to spam. This may be due to the filters installed on your computer. Please check your mailbox and ensure you have not received our mail in spam.
If, after checking your mailbox, you still cannot find the mail, please contact us, and we will send you another confirmation mail: email@example.com.
Some items are missing on my order
If you have ordered several items at once, your items may be sent separately, depending on the available stocks or the shipping premises. Don't worry, your order is being processed. We will take care of it so that it arrives as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. If the processing of your package has been reported to us for shipment (average time ~1 day), you have 24 hours to request a full refund of your order. However, if you ask us to cancel the shipment of your order after this time, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the price of the selected item.

Why does my order take time to arrive?
Please excuse us if your order takes more than 21 days to arrive.
For you to benefit from quality religious articles at a lower cost, with free delivery, we have collaborated with some of our more distant manufacturers.
If the delivery is speedy, we have stock in our premises where we deliver our items. Some of our plush and other things are shipped directly from their manufacturing facilities only if one or more of the chosen items is out of stock.
I would like to return an item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Our items are subjected to stringent quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product (in the original packaging if possible) to our contact form here, along with your order number.

How can I use my discount code?
